Absolutely, because you are letting your blood sugar drop by not eating. Keeping your blood sugar steady is very important for concentration, your brain gets starved for nutrients otherwise, can cause headaches that can turn into migraines. You also do not think as clearly. Think of your body as a car, it doesn't run very well without fuel in it. You need to eat something every few hours. It doesn't have to be junk food or a huge meal, just something to keep the brain working properly. A handful of nuts, a yogurt, fruit, cheese and crackers, etc.

Yes. Happens to me when I don't eat all the time.

As a matter of fact it happened to me today because I missed breakfast and lunch and didn't finally eat until 5 or so. My head has been pounding since about 3:30. It's been hours since eating and it still hurts.

yep, most people will get a headache for a bit, but it should ease off after you eat. For some, though, a hunger headache can trigger a migraine lasting for days.
