Only the Nismo system will be covered by factory warranty. Should a Fujita air filter oil get on the air flow meter Nissan won't replace it under warranty. Please don't expect any performance gain most air filter systems say up to 5% more horsepower. Mostly you just hear more noise. After the exhaust and other modifications find a Dynometer shop to do a computer reprograming tune for the horsepower then you will feel the difference.

Fujita. The one piece design is superior. Why don't you want an AEM? AEM is the company that designed the Nismo intake. Also, the dryflow filter on the AEM ensures that no oil ever comes in contact with the MAF, causing possible damage. I have an AEM and I love the fact that it can be converted from WAI to CAI in a matter of 10 minutes, not to mention the vastly superior dryflow filter.
