Basically yes. Tendinitis is inflammation of the tendon. Tennis elbow or Golfers elbow is inflammation of the tendo where it attaches to the bone. I had Golfers elbow, had it injected several times, but kept coming back. I then attended Pilate's and they cure it. Got me to slowly over weeks get the arm to take the weight of my body and gone was the pain, inflammation. Good Luck

I had a cortisone shot 5 weeks ago, my elbow felt fine for 3 weeks but then my elbow pain came roaring back worse than before the injection. I have been using this tennis elbow secrets program now for 5 days and my elbow feels much better. I can really feel my arm getting stronger as each day passes.
