I would say I am a man of faith (Christianity), but when I ask for forgiveness its hard to ask for it.. I mean, I know im gonna sin again or have the same thoughts again. To tell you the truth im scared as hell about facing his judgment. What should I do?

If you know you are going to sin again then pray and ask Him to help you not be tempted. Temptation is not a sin but once you let it get into you it is.

You should quit following religious doctrine that was designed by politicians of old to scare people. Read the Bible, open your heart to Jesus, and you will be fine.

I recommend reading The Message. It's a treanslation of the Bible into modern language. Jesus' message becomes quite clearer, and you will see that He loves us all.

Blessed Be!

You are forgiven all sins past, present, and future, if you believe that Jesus, who is God, died for your sins on the cross and rose again.

Know that it's not about you. It is about Christ and what he is doing for you. So . . . if you trust that Christ is who he said he is and does what he said he will do, there is no question he can save you.
Pray for more faith in God's goodness.
