they are the best dogs, keep up the research with the breeder.. they are so much more healthy if you do it that way rather than getting the puppy from the pet store

my mom has one named tuxedo .. he is sooooo cute

good luck <3

http://www.papilloncanada.org/roster.htm

A list of members of the Papillon Canada club. They are conformation breeders in Canada, browse their webpages and contact a few close to you. These people will be responsible breeders with show dogs, maybe a little bit more initially but the cost goes towards the testing of the parents of the dogs, conformation costs and the after support of buying these puppies. When you buy from a responsible breeder your buying their support and guarantees as well. If you have a question, they will answer it. If you cannot keep the dog for some reason, they will take it back. You will hopefully spend much less in vet bills than if you pay for some pet store puppy with no credentials.

Good luck.

Don't support breeders when dogs die in shelters every day. When I adopted my Rottweiler puppy, one of her kennel mates was a Papillon. It's honestly not hard to find purebred dogs in shelters.

have you considered getting one from a papillon rescue group?

if you do get one from a breeder, make sure it is a reputable breeder (hint: reputable pap breeders are VERY particular who gets one of their babies) and please do not get one from a byb or pet store. pet store puppies ARE puppy mill puppies.
