I think cinnamon on top of banana pudding would be delicious! YUM! =)
As far as a deviled eggs recipe, here's a good one ~
~Deviled Eggs~
INGREDIENTS
* 6 eggs
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Place eggs in a pot of salted water. Bring the water to a boil, and let eggs cook in boiling water until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Drain eggs, and let cool.
2. Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and mash them together in a small mixing bowl. Mix in the paprika, mayonnaise, and dry mustard. Spoon mixture into the egg shells, cool and serve.

Homemade banana pudding, how wonderful for your family. Cinnamon sprinkled on top would be wonderful, as would a mix of nutmeg and clove or finely crushed vanilla wafers. Chocolate syrup used as a decorative touch should also be a nice touch.
Deviled Eggs
I do my eggs by look rather than a formalized recipe so I'll give you the ingredients and general directions
8 eggs place in cold water and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, drain and run cold water over them until cool. Shell, cut them in half and remove the yolks into a bowl.
Mash well, add enough mayonnaise to make it creamy but not so thin it will not hold it's shape when replaced into the cavity in the whites. I add dry mustard, salt and white pepper.
Estimated amounts
1/4 -1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 -1/2 tsp dry mustard
You might like to add some dill weed or finely chopped olives
to the yolks before putting them in the whites. Sprinkle the yolks only with paprika as the red will "run" when it gets on the whites.

I love cinnamon but I've never tried it on Banana pudding. It sounds like it might be pretty good actually, I'll have to try that next time I make one!! As far as Deviled eggs, Boil your eggs, let cool, cut in half(long ways). Spoon out yolk into a bowl. Then add what ever you like. I put chopped onion,pickles, salt, pepper, shredded cheese,sometimes bacos. Mix that all up with mayonnaise, spoon into your halves. Sprinkle a little papricka on top and you're done! Oh almost forgot when you add the mayo, add a little mustard and mix it in!

Cinnamon goes very well with banana, it will kick up the flavor of the banana
Deviled eggs:
6 eggs
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp dill
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1-2 tsp milk
Place eggs in a pan and cover with water. Boil eggs for about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and place in ice water. Let cool down to room temperature.
Peel under cold running water. Slice eggs in half. Place egg whites on a plate or serving tray rinsed and dried.
Mash egg yolks with a fork and add all ingredients except for paprika.
If desired, you can add more mayonnaise with a little bit of milk (small amounts at a time, as you can always add but not take out or you'll end up boiling another egg or two.. lol..)
Fill each half about a teaspoon and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Makes about 6 servings. Be creative, top with bay shrimp, anchovies, or add some of your favorite spices

If you like cinnamon it should be good.
To make deviled eggs....first boil the eggs gently for about 10 minutes then cool them in cold water.Peel them,cut them in half and remove the yolks to a bowl.Mash the yolks with some mayo,a little mustard salt and peppers (you can add some pickle relish or finely shredded onions if you like) Then spoon the yolk mixture back into the whites.You can garnish with paprika or just leave them plain.

I would prefer a little Nutmeg with banana. I suggest allrecipes.com for recipes of any kind. My son and I like deviled eggs but I make so many different kinds I can't choose just one. I make smoky, curried, jalapeno, garlic Chipotle and herb flavored deviled eggs. Even Salmon.

Cinnamon would work well, as would cardamom. Old school, eh? God bless you for making pudding from scratch. It's easier than it would seem, isn't it? Even a sprinkle of cocoa would be tasty.
