What part of Wisconsin are you in? If you are anywhere near Milwaukee or Madison, I'm sure you can find a program to teach you. Heck, join the school or church choir. Many of the greats started out singing in church in their teens.

Ask your choir teacher about oppurtunities. Get involved and noticed in the music world. Join choirs outside school, get voice lessons, join musicals, etc. Then, join a singing school and / or get a singing agent.

I have been singing since I was 3. I would do musicals, voice lessons, choirs, etc. I also have an agent for singing. By the age of 5 (kindergarten), I was singing in the 5TH grade school choir. (NO LIE) I am now 13 and have a professional singign career. I have done Broadway, MANY musicals, sing in adult and teen choirs, have had LOTS of solos, etc.

So start with an agent....
