Your weight loss is partly due to your diabetes, as that is a common symptom of the disease. Your nervousness and panicking might be indicative of an anxiety/depression disorder. The hot flashes could be associated with your thyroid. Since you are not a woman I cannot say it has anything to do with menopause, though the temperature shift might have to do with a hormonal imbalance.
I, myself, have a disorder, and I, like you, suffer from anxiety, lethargy and feeling way too warm all the time. The difference is that my struggles are associated with the change of seasons.
Do you notice if you feel differently during each season: nervous in the Fall; depressed in the Winter; anxious in the Spring and fine in the Summer? If so, you might have Seasonal Affective Disorder.
I wish you well with your visit to the doctor on Monday. God bless you and take care!

You sound a bit hyper so I would get your diabetes meds checked - it takes a while for that to settle. Otherwise, I would be a little concerned about your general state of mind. If I were your GP, I would be working to steady the diabetes out first and see if the symptoms were sorted this way - if not, I would probably be putting you on meds to lift what sounds like quite a mild depression but if not treated, could get worse. For general health, I would be keen to know what sort of food you have been eating and whether you have been drinking alcohol to excess or taking any kind of non-prescribed drug! If I could, I would have you on a low-protein, high fibre diet and get your system to peak condition....

It sounds like a thyroid problem, which isn't a big deal and can be managed with pills from your doctor. Depression can make you sweaty and hot and make it hard for you to gain weight, but it's much more likely that it has something to do with your thyroid- which also effects depression and anxiety(nervous and panic attacks).
A blood test will tell you for sure, good luck!

Maybe depression and over active thyroid? I hope you get better soon. I also am a diabetic with depression and panic attacks and I have an under active thyroid.I had the hot flashes all day long and it ending up being hodgkin's. You do need to see a doctor as soon as possible.

Seriously, it's never a good idea to look up your medical symptoms on the internet - a person with a common cold could come away thinking that they have a tropical illness! Just try and wait until Monday and let your doctor sort you out. Good luck :D

Sounds like you are in alot of stress..
such as you might just be sitting alone, but you still feel like your missing somthing, or you might be thinking you done to much wrong.. You just might be sad.. or just really bored..
Key thought here.. do not overwhelm yourself with doubt..
if you go threw any of that.. you just might be kinda bored... strange as it might seem.. but just hold the feeling as if you are bored.. Because, labeling yourself as being wrong/ something is wrong with you... will sub consciesly make you believe you are unable to do something.. an make you believe you are prone to just doing the wrong thing... so feel you are bored.. this will at least not be making you feel that you got a mental problem.. EVERYONE has theyre problems.. most the time it is something that they just look over.. an believe they cant self mend... which that makes them go to a pill doctor.. which the pill doctor will label them a variety of things.. an stick them with a pill..
I went threw that.. not very fun.. after the doctor said i could have a mental disorder.. i watched everything i do.. i wouldn't pay any attention to what I was doing.. because i was to busy.. observing how i act.. to try an make sure.. i wasn't look bad.. or i was just looking for symtoms of what the doctor said.. i didn't wann do anything.. i just wanted to see if i was that of what he labeld me as bipolar an manic depressive...
I spent over 6 hours a day.. just observing how i funtion.. how i did certain things.. an it was ALL BECAUSE THE DOCTOR SAID I WAS A SPECIFIC WAY..
all the things i did auto-maticly i would question..
it stressed me out.. they gave me pills an other stuff. none of them helped they all gave me tweaked out side affects.. an made my moods alot more unstable.. they even gave me worse symptoms then what i had.. not forgetting i was stressed just by believein somthing was wrong with me..
but thats my story..
if you honestly believe.. you got a problem of emotion.. or a physical problem..
if you believe its a emotional: try to find your mind at peace.. keep a -clear- focus mind, an try not think to much about things that bother you.. try to laugh at them.. eat healthy.. eating a balaned diet.. natrual sugars like fruit, oranges, pineapples, ect.. any type of food that is good for you.. a peanut butter sandwhich gives lots of energy..
the thing about eating.. which no one really notices.. is that if you eat right.. a very healthy food group.. wether its alot or just a little.. will change how you feel.. your body would have a great sorce of nutrition an funtion more evenly... you can eat good food for you an alot of it.. if you find what you like.. such as a chip dip called hummus... that stuff is great for your body.. an is very good.. oh an don't drink diet drinks.. you don't need to be on a diet.. just eat things that are good for the body...
if your body doesn't have a good protein or food that is good for the body.. the body will not make good protein or nutrition like it should be.. eat good.. keep your body making the proper level of chemistry
Don't do things that lead you to be thinking to much or clutter your mind.. don't clutter your mind.. it will make anyone angry.. an once you get angry.. it just makes it worse an you wont focus well when you are cluttered an angry.. when you start to feel cluttered.. turn some cartoons on or somthing funny.. somthing that makes you happy.. an just forget about whats bothering you..
having a cluttered mind.. will make you grow concern an angry alot more frequently.. will lead up to stress..
having a clear mind.. you are more focused.. an things don't bother you that much.. an its just easier to function normally
if eating food that is great for your body, high protien, balanced NATRUAL foods.. trying to keep a clear mind doesn't work well...
try going to a psychatrist... NOT a pill doctor.. ask when you look for one.. you want to talk to a person that WILL NOT diagnose you.. but will talk to you..
A psychatrist.. will ask you a bunch of questions.. see whats on your mind.. an observe how you see things.. an then will tell what they feel is making you feel bothered..
A pill doctor.. will listen for about 6 mins.. give you a perscription.. kick you out the door.. an say come back in couple monthes...
if you think its a physical thing.. go to a medical doctor.. tell them about the swetting.. an being tired..
which also.. sleeping to much can make you still tired..
but if you believe you are something.. you will make yourself believe it more.. self mending.. is the most healthiest way to solve your emotional problems ;)
which if you are sick an the swetting keeps going on.. see a medical doctor an make sure there is nothing sevre with that

You have a case of insomnicalentalshapanic weight lossdiabetes which can be brought on by winning the Mega Million Lottery. It is only cured by cashing the check and spending the money with me. If you never share your winnings with me, you'll always experience these symptoms. I look forward to your healing. (just kidding) but I do hope you feel better soon.

Do you check your blood sugar constantly? This may help in determining what your symptoms are related to. You'll feel more relieved on Mon. when you find out. Good luck.
