I met someone, we've been living together for 6 months, we have talked alot about marriage, spending the rest of our lives together, how much we love each other. I'm 31, he's 27. I've never felt this way before, it's great, but I'm scared to death because neither one of us have a good history with relationships...how do I relax and fully enjoy what I have?

FIND A WAY TO RELAX. I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. YOU MET SOMEONE AND HE IS DRIVING YOU CRAZY. AND YOU WANT SO MUCH SO FAST IN SUCH A SHORT TIME. TRY TO LIVE IN THE MOMENT AND ENJOY. DO YOU KNOW THERE ARE MANY INDIVIDUALS OUT THERE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO LOVE? AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SOMEONE WHO LOVE THEM BACK?

trauma is creeping you. maybe the reason why you're together is to join forces in believing that you can both create a good home. You had not so good history about relationships, well, im pretty sure that you've had a lot lessons learned from them. that could be a great foundation for a future home.

courage. goodluck!

Stop focusing on the negatives...

There are negatives to everything...even true love...so just focus on the positives...and you'll be fine...make a list of all the good stuff, and try to come up with something funny about the bad stuff...

A sense of humor works wonders in almost all situations...

The best thing you can do is take each day as it comes and try not to bring old fears into the new relationship. Learn from your prior mistakes. Good Luck!
