I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Lets put it straight. Losing weight is not that hard, You will never hear me say that it is. All it takes is dedication, motivation and hard workAlways check in gradients of everything you are buyingRelaxation, stress and strain never allow people to be slim.

Nothing should effect your pill taking in to consideration that your taking it correctly other than Antibiotics and only certain types of those so I wouldnt worry about it!

they say it bad cause one of them could not work but should ask a doctor or something
