i have a nikon digital coolpix camera, 2200, i got it about 3 or 4 yr's ago. i didn't send in a warranty. i don't have the money to buy a new camera. has anyone fixed one for not much money? the prob. is when i turn it on, it turns off immediately. even when i use brand new batteries (i've used tons of them) argh.
i'd really really be so happy / grateful if anyone knows!!!
thank you!!! ;)

it would cost more to get it fixed than to replace it with an equivalent camera. however, they were good little cameras and i know you probably don't want to replace it. good luck finding someone to fix it!

Unfortunately, the cost for repairs will be much more than your camera is worth - or a new one will cost. Use it as a paperweight and start saving for a new camera.

Digicams are really disposable items. Use them until they quit and buy a new one.

For cheap, no. Fixed, maybe. They might make you get a new one.
