from coloured to B&W, which program do I need?

photoshop will do it. I think photostyler also. Check out download.com they should have some free photo editing stuff there.

Use the basic program that comes with the computer. I have a Microsoft imaging editor that will do all of the basic things. Just go to the place where you can edit the colors and move the saturation bar to -100.

I always use black and white film. Works every time.

The gimp is the best free program to do that. www.gimp.org
