So many women ask me when I'll get married, and why am I NOT married so I decided to get a cute pink t-shirt that says in chocolate brown:

" UNAVAILABLE PROUD OLD MAID."

That way no one can bother or feel pity for me.

It just bothers me they say "oh how pretty you are and what a nice personality you have. how come you don't get married what's the problem?"

But that's an innoffensive question to ask since you are undoubtedly an attractive and interesting single woman. I'm sure many of those women are really asking the question "Are you available?" and, if so, "Would you be interested in me fixing you up on a date with my son, brother, cousin, or co-worker who doesn't deserve any woman even remotely as good as you but he may as well try since no other man has the inside track on your affections."

I'm sure you're right and some women are simply being nosey and some do find your plight pitiful. But why should you care? Thoughtless and insensitive questions abound. These people shouldn't bother you enough to broadcast your feelings on the subject of marriage via a T-shirt that would almost certainly encourage even more questions. (Although I do like your caption!)

Chin up young lassie. You are bound to cross paths with someone who finds you irresistible and you he. And then you'll have the last laugh because there is nothing quite like the feeling of being loved.

It is incredibly rude to wear a tshirt to someone's wedding. Grow up and get over it. So people think you're nice and think you would make a good wife - such problems you have.
