If you haven't already, take her to a rabbit savvy vet. A dog/cat vet is not enough, you need a vet who knows rabbits. Check your phone book for exotic vets.
Put her on a pellet and hay diet. Don't but pellets with any other bits in it, no seeds or veggie bits. Hay should be alfalfa for now and timothy when she is about 6 months. Some timothy now may help too.
Don't give any fruits or veggies until she is 3 or 4 months, and introduce one at a time. Cilantro and Parsley are good veggies to start with.
Right now all she should be eating is pellets and hay. The pellets need lots of fibre, at least 18% and less than 16% protien. She should have unlimited amounts of pellets and hay unitl about 6 months, then limit pellets and still give lots of hay. She also needs water. A bowl is a good idea but a bottle can work.
She will need to see a rabbit savvy vet to make sure she is healthy and to make sure she is a girl. A vet can also tell if there are problems with her GI tract and teeth.
Good Luck with your new bunny.

Did you change her diet suddenly? Sudden changes in diet play havoc with a bunnys stomach. If you did then reduce teh veggie amount. Make sure the diet change takes at least ten days of adding little bits of the new food.

If you didn't take her to a bun savvy vet and check for bloat. It can be serious and quite costly.
