One runner who was still conscious is reported to have developed a temperature of 107.8 F after finishing a marathon, but most people cannot tolerate temperatures that high.

I really don't know. I had a horrorable car accident in 1995. My Cochlea broke (That tiny snail shell-looking thingy in your ear!) and a common side effect from that is mengitis!!!

I had a fever of 105 for almost 4 weeks! I almost never made it!

The highest I have seen was 114 in a heat stroke patient (he died).

I'm not exactly sure. But I work at a hosptial and I saw one the other day of 107.6!!! I couldn't believe it!!
