No such thing as a free dog. You may acquire the dog free of charge, but it will cost a lot to care for it.

Do an online search for dog rescues in your area that specialize in the breeds in which you are interested. Sometimes they even have puppies that need good homes, not just adult dogs. Your local animal shelter is another good place to start. You may have to pay a small adoption fee and for spay/neuter and shots, before you can adopt. Make sure you can afford the costs associated with having a new puppy.
Good luck in your search !

You can't pick what type of dog you will get for free. When ever people I know get a free dog it's because they can't care for it anymore, and need to get rid of it fast. Our Am-staff Meatball was free. My boyfriends friend could not keep him so we took him. Yet nothing is free. You are going to have to spend money on the dog in the long run.
If you are looking to adopt www.petfinder.com
Most adoption places have small adoption fees. These dogs are also up to date on shots and fixed.

Free? Did you say FREE?
No such thing as a free dog! Might come without a price but you'll need to pay several hundred dollars' worth in vet bills, food, and care each year.

Sorry, nobody with a heart is going to help you.
Why do you need a free puppy immediately? If you want a cheap dog, adopt one from a pound. There are PLENTY in need of a good home.
Furthermore, if you cannot afford to pay for a dog, you cannot afford to care for a dog.

You cant get a free dog/cat. Everything costs something. Dogs require love, care, and your attention. But if you have that to offer you could try your local shelter or dog pound.

It's practically impossible to find a dog for free. You also have to pay for food, shots, and other neccessities. Good luck, though.
