It's good that you're thinking about what you're eating but at the age of 13 you can go a bit overboard. It's more important to remember that you're just getting into your teen years which is when you begin to do a lot of growing. Nutritionally you need to eat a bit more than someone who is 20 and older. If you want to make sure you don't get over weight simply eat healthy, meaning less junk food and prepackaged foods, and exercise more. Make sure you eat about 1 gram of complete protein per pound of body weight per day. Proteins are something that many teens overlook.
It's important that you get lots of exercise while you are growing. It stimulates your body to grow good strong bones and muscle which can help you to keep up your metabolism.
At your height and weight you're doing fine at your age. Just remember that to grow healthy during puberty you must eat!!
Edit: Remember that your body requires a minimum number of calories per day just to maintain your body even if you do nothing all day. If you are fairly active then you will need even more calories to maintain your body. And also remember that 10% of the calories you consume is burned simply to digest the food you have just eaten.

No. You did not eat enough. According to your post you ate approximately 500 calories whilst the recommended daily intake for men is 2500 calories. Even if you are trying to lose weight, you need to eat more than you currently are. However, perhaps more worrying is the actual foods you are eating. The majority of these foods have very little nutritional value. Even though you say you know this was unhealthy, if it is a regular thing then you will need to make some serious changes. Otherwise you could be setting yourself up for some serious health problems in the future. If anything I would recommend that you eat more regularly and try to make sure each meal is rich in fibre, protein and also has adequate amounts of healthy fats and carbohydrates. For the snacks try and substitute the mini-milks and chocolate milk for fruits. This should allow you to satisfy your sweet tooth whilst also getting some valuable vitamins and fibre.

You currently are at a healthy weight and should be eating 1500 to 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight. I don't think you ate enough. By my calculation you ate less than 800 calories, depending on the size of the pizza, you may have made 1200 calories.
Daily you should eat 2-4 fruits servings, 4-6 vegetable servings, 2-3 protein servings, 3-5 carb servings and 3 milk servings.

If you are still hungry then you didn't eat enough. I would just be cautious of what you eat. Avoiding or limiting salad dressing, no croutons etc is good. But I would make sure that you stay physically active. That is the best way to be sure you don't start packing on pounds. At least this way you will be able to enjoy life and not obsess about your diet. Did you get any exercise today other than gym class? Also, make sure you include plenty of water in your day so you don't get dehydrated. Just exercising, eating right, avoiding soda or sugar drinks should be enough to stay on track.
By the way, you are NOT fat.

You should eat something with carbohydrates in it for breakfast to get you going (bagel, toast, cereal) and drink some 100% juice. Add some vegetables to your lunch (maybe in the pasta?), but your dinner sounded healthy and yummy! A good way to tell if you are eating healthy is if you FEEL healthy; but you don't want to go to crazy on the sweets. Also at your age i wouldn't worry to much about your weight, your still growing!! Hope this helped!!

You are 13 - why are you worrying about this? You are still growing, don't start obsessing about calories!!
You've eaten enough when you're full. And as long as you're eating healthily, there's nowt to worry about.
However, I think 1,200 calories isn't enough. You need 1500 I think to be healthy, an average adult's calorie intake should be 2000.

That's what you should eat if you want to lose weight. Since you weigh so little you might want to eat somewhere in between 1500 and 1800 calories which will maintain your weight.

Well, that's enough to keep you alive, maybe not healthy, though. You should eat some more carbs and protein for breakfast, and some more for dinner. :)
