Your question is too vague.
You can join the Army provided you pass the physical an meet, age, height, weight restrictions and other entry criteria.
If you are asking if you can join the Army as a doctor, you will also have to be LICENSED to practice medicine and not just have a degree. Kind of like a lawyer has to have a law degree and passed the bar.
The military is ALWAYS interested in recruiting medical practitioners and has medical recruiters who specialize in bringing them into the Army. They also have specialized recruiters for lawyers for example

Certainly you can join the army, but not as a grunt or enlisted person. You would enter the army under their medical officers program. You would not be required to enter boot camp, however they do have an indoctrination period of two weeks I believe. Here, you will be taught military ranks, protocol, tradition, weapons training, etc.
You didn't say whether or not you are a medical doctor, so a lot depends on the degree and the army's need for what you are trained to do.

Not only that but the Army will pay for you to go to college while you get your degree. E-mail me if you want more info. I work in the same office as the recruiters.
