The best way that I know of is to get at least 9 hours of sleep, and to eat a healthy breakfast.

Both of these things are VERY well documented scientifically.

To say "*proven* to increase concentration", implies that there is some "burden of proof."

Unfortunately if you look carefully, most of those sort of things that you will find in heath food stores will carry the tell-tale FDA disclaimer; that essentially waives any burden of proof on the part of the manufacturer.

In other words, as long as "dietary supplements" have that dratted disclaimer, then, legally, they can make as many fraudulent health claims and false advertising statements as they wish. They have almost zero legal burden of proof.

(Sorry about the rant, this is just another one of the more notorious "Bugs" in the US medical system that needs to be "fixed.")

I don't see how adding *extra* vitamins or minerals to your diet would have any affect on attention span. A *lack* of one or more vitamins or minerals, on the other hand might have some negative affect........

Some say eating fish increases brain power but I have also heard GINKOBILOBA helps brain power. You may also want to try fish oil pills, incase you dont eat fish. Good luck with that.
