It is Sulfamethoxazole / Trimethoprim ADA Bactrim, Bactrim DS (double strength), Septra. It's a sulfonamide antibiotic it's primary use is treating urinary tract infections, however it can be used for many other things as well. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids because crystals can form in urine without adequate hydration.
