Well, that depends on the guy really, doesn't it? Usually it's a mixture of looks/personality.

Gee you're only 13 !! OK, as a guy let me tell you what I look for in a girl. .... NOTHING !! If a girl interests me it is only because she carries something with herself, about herself, that intrigues me.... that fascinates me... that drives me nuts after I speak to her once... that she has something we cannot explain WHY we begin to feel nuts about them. A girl is the one when we guys cannot explain why she is driving us nuts but she is....
If you did not understand any of that then you 're too young still. If you did understand then stop worrying because EVERY GIRL will sooner of later drive a guy nuts... (in fact, particular after marriage that is when the girl starts to drive the guy, husband, seriously nuts, LOLOLOL but that's another story)
