Side effects may include gastrointestinal distress and dizziness, and renal impairment has been reported in some instances with long-term use. It's naproxen 500 mg, It is a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug. It is a pain reliever that does not contain any narcotics, so no you won"t get high if you take it, but if you should have a uterus it works great for menstrual cramps
