Tv language problem?

Question

My tv at 5:30 - 7:00 comes in spanish on the channel My29.
The language is on english so what the hell is the problem?
Why isn't it in english?

Probably a SAP (Second Audio Program) audio channel mixthrough at the station's end. Unless the programming at that time is meant to be aired in Spanish,there must be some sort of audio problem the station's master control is experiencing.
