Depends what you mean by "military company"
If you are reffering to companies that make equipment and such, than probably either Haliburton or Hughes Aircraft.
If you are reffering to private military organizations, Id say the French Foreign Legion.

It has to be on of the aerospace companies (companies that make planes and such, like Boeing, Lockheed, Saab, Airbus, etc). I also saw a list that had one of the major East Coast universities ranked as the 8th largest defense contractor* (and it really surprised me because since that university is best know for it's med school).

*I forgot to look at the West Coast universities on the list, but Cal Tech runs the JPL and God only knows what Stanford is into, but they develop a lot of very high end weapons.
