Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Irish people has that distinction. They've fought just about everyone in the world from the time of Brian Boru to World War 2. And If you've ever seen a soccer match involving the Irish team, those fans are just about the toughest crowd to deal with and, to paraphrase a news commentator I once heard, the most rowdy bunch of hooligans to walk the Earth. How do you think they earned the nickname "The Fighting Irish"? Heck, they practically invented the bar room brawl or what's commonly called a bar fight.

scratch asian races- too small, and "average guys" who were taught martial arts at school or the forces in paritcular forget it five minutes later, or would do what most martial artists do in their first street fight and forget most of their stuff.
In those cases the regular guy relying on instinct wins, from my experience working doors
So all else being equal I have to go with the biggest and fittest guys on average.
Probably the Tongan islanders, given they are now the world's physically largest race, average male weight almost 200lbs and plenty over 300lbs in such a tiny population, in good shape, warlike nature, with high natural twitch fibres they are also the world's "fastest big guys" in a race.
I think a 165lb isreali, or 125lb korean, who took TKD in fifth grade etc. or 190lb white surburban slob would be intimidated and overwhelmed by a naturally larger and fitter caveman type.

yeah in my opinion i think any avarage person in isreal could kick any other person's azz every person man and women 18 and older must serve in the isreali military and in the military it is mandatory to study krav manga aka kill u real fast

Probably somoan, I think they are genetically born with big bodies and thick bones. hence the thicker your bones are especially your skull the harder it is to knock you out.

nepalese ppl(country nepal) also knowm as gurkhas...every one must have heard abt gurkhas tat they fear no one and tats why british army always takes gurkhas in there army...do some google these guys r deadly **** in this earth....they fear no one n fight like machine
