Romans 9:11 talks about unborn children and has the word "election," though that is taking it out of context...
"For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth"

Personally, I can't see Huckabee agreeing to be Guiliani's running mate, and I don't think Giuliani is going to win the nomination anyway. Giuliani is getting all the RINO votes, but when the field is narrowed, Huckabee will finish him off. He's already almost there, and there are still several other conservative/libertarian candidates running. I don't think your question was serious, by the way.
To explain a little, RINO stands for Republican In Name Only. Giuliani isn't really a Republican. His stances are all liberal. Some people were holding their nose and supporting him in polls because they think he's the only one who can win the presidency, or they don't like Romney. I think Huckabee stands a very good chance because he will be seen as moderate on a lot of issues.
