Really? Well, not that anyone is listening, but here's my two cents:
1) A counter should be placed on your profile page that has the number of times you've reported something. That way your individual report stays confidential like the Yamsters want but we get to see if someone is "prone" to report a lot and take appropriate action.
2) Level 3 and under should not be allowed to report.
3) I ditto Pangel's remark, this bugs me too.
4) I want a search function that is specific to the Q/A that only I have asked/answered, meaning if I just answered a question last month about a topic, I should be able to search for it in my own database.
5) I want the contacts and fans "cleaned up" when accounts are deleted. As it stands now, we have to manually delete contacts and fans whose accounts have been deleted, this is a pain.
6) I want to be able to remove stars from questions by askers who have blocked me.
7) Acid Zebra - If the ladies are showing their tops, then it's only fair if......

I would say that allowing the users to moderate a religious forum is like allowing the citizens to govern themselves where there is freedom of religion. It's just a stupid way to do it because there is no absolute right or wrong--there's only opinion.

Prevent the blocking of people to whom questions are addressed. That's typical chicken.
I like Molly S' idea- I sometimes do that- thumb up/ down the wrong people. It hurts!!!

If you accidentally put the wrong button for thumbs up/down, there would be a way to change it, but only one chance to change it. Once you change it, you can't change it again. Same with the stars, if you put a star, then change your mind, you can, but only once.

Before someone just blocks you they should respond personally with a little explanation indicating their objection using edit on their question.

Account suspensions should be put to a vote -- whether or not a certain account should be suspended, that is.
Oh, and my friends should never be allowed to leave.

Ban reporting. Or at least the loss of your account due to it.
