No not at all, every two weeks is a good amount and not to often as to dry out his skin. Just use a nice moisturizing shampoo if you notice his skin looks dry. My mom's two jack russells sometimes got bathed a couple times a week after getting into messes outside, they never had a issue with it and their skin never was itchy or dry.

This breed doesn't require shaving. Just scissor the stray hairs that stick out.

Every two weeks is too often. Once a month for a bath should be good enough. Watch that the skin does not get dried out. Use a conditioner designed for this purpose.

This can be contraversal some say they should not be bathed more than once a month. I have done my dogs every 2 weeks but one did end up with dry skin so now I'm falling back to once a month.
If yiou continue just keep an eye on the skin.

Yes only because too much bathing can cause dry skin which will cause your dog to get itchy skin. Its best to only bathe your dog at least once a month and no sooner than that unless he get extremely dirty before then.

Add at least a capful of Infusion Leave-In Hair Treatment to the bottle of shampoo you use on your dog ... maybe a little more in the winter (dry) months. Shake it up ... bathe as often as you like.
