The Christian religion and the symbology used is strongly influenced by and in some cases directly related to pagan belief systems.
The mythology and legends of the ancient Egyptian have some extremely close parallels, so much so that it is difficult to separated them .
The portrayal of Isis with the child Horus on her knee is too like the Madonna and child to be a mere coincidence.
The Egyptian pharaohs claim to be be fathered by the god Amun who would appear before their mother telling them that a child was to be born to them and would then breathe the life force of the child into the mothers nose.
Is this not just a little bit familiar to the virgin birth in the Bible?
The ancient Egyptians were not the only ancient pre Christian belief system to believe in the virgin birth.
There is also the story of resurrection of the god Osiris who rises again from death, then ascends to the Elyasian Fields the ancient Egyptians concept of heaven.
Even the devil makes an appearance with the name of Set god of destruction and chaos.
These are only three of the many common themes that are to be found.
If you compare the "Hymn of Aton" with the 104th Psalm it is just too similar in its wording to not have almost directly copied.
The main difference being that the "Hymn of the Aton" was written 1300 years before Christ was born.
The close proximity, geographically and the fact that there was at all times a large percentage of Israelites who lived and worked as free men in dynastic Egypt has no doubt strongly influenced most of the books and stories of the Old Testament
The Biblical account of slavery and persecution of the Israelites by Pharaoh and even the Exodus itself has no real historical or archaeological basis. If the Exodus did actually occur, there is evidence that within a few years many of the Israelites had chosen to return and rejoin the families they had left behind in Egypt.
Their return was partly due to a famine that is recorded on the stele aptly called the "Famine Stele", this give us the first actual reference to Israel and the Israelites.
The several hundred years of assimilation and intermarriage between the two ethnic groups naturally led to a melding of the religious beliefs, customs and traditions of the ancient Egyptians with those of the Israelites and this no doubt influenced the genetic memory and subsequently many of the later Christian works.

If you mean that certain Bible accounts were derived from pagan sources and modified to fit Bible themes, the answer is none. There are absolutely no Bible accounts derived from pagan roots and this includes the "flood stories". By the way Pandora's Box is not to be found in the Holy Bible.

The worshiping of false gods and goddesses made God jealous. God created the heavens and the earth and these pagans were worshiping anything made of clay or wood that they could find and they put gold and silver on their false gods and goddesses. Fornication was the main reason for this pagan temple worship. Homosexuality and orgies were found in every pagan temple where they worshiped false idol gods and goddesses.

The Book of Jeremiah in the Bible explains the old evil queen of heaven that they worshiped and made star cakes for celebrating her pagan days. This old gal has been called by every name in the book - Semiramis, Ishtar, Astarte, Isis, Aphrodite, Venus, Ashtoreth, Eostre and Diana and many, many other names.

Pandora's box is not in the bible, that is Greek Mythology

The creation story and the tempting of Adam and Eve by the devil. The creation story is nearly identical to that of the Sumerians, and was actually written, not by Abraham as is commonly believed, but after the majority of the Old Testament Scriptures. The story of the devil raising humans above other animals by giving them the fruit of the tree of Good and Evil is based off of the Greek myth of Prometheus. Prometheus wanted to give fire to the humans so they could become sentient, but Zeus refused. Going against Zeus' wishes, Prometheus stole some fire from the sun and snuck it down to the humans in the middle of the night. The humans were overjoyed and hailed him as a hero. Zeus, however, was not happy. He condemned Prometheus to be tied to a cliff and have his liver devoured each day by an eagle (it grew back each night). In the Bible's version of this, however, we are instructed to hate the devil for making us conscious of ourselves, which is the opposite of the Greek myth.

The story of Samson, The birth and life of Christ
David and Goliath
there are a bunch more, I just can't think of them at the moment.

Keep in mind that the bible was written and compiled more than 200 years after the death of christ.

You've been watching too much History Channel. Man has always sought God, and has often attained glimpses into His Truth. This is why you will find similar stories in other cultures. But the people of God, the Jews, and the fulfillment of Judaism, Christianity, have preserved the Truth of all God has revealed.

Has it ever occurred to you that it is the other way around?

edit-- lupinesidhe Wow someone has fed you some misinformation. We actually have manuscripts of the New Testament that are around 150 years from the death of Christ.
