That's pretty much impossible, unless you use a relaxer.

My sister literally ironed my hair with an actual ironing iron.
It's wasn't so great, but it did work.

Take one of those round brushes and blow dry your hair down. If your hair gets a little frizzy from the blow dryer put some spray for straight hair in it.

Perm your hair, but instead of putting it in those rods first, just put the solution on your hair and comb straight down until it has set then rinse and put the conditioner
on it.

Put rollers in it, and sit under a hooded (or "hard hat") dryer. Conair makes them. I got mine off ebay for 30 bucks

use a straightening brush when blow drying. its basically like a hair straightener that u dnt plug in, but it has bristles and uses the heat from the hairdryer. =]
