you must go to the doc now this is bacterial infection that invade the intestinal wall

This sounds like dysentery: Have you been out of the county lately, Mexico, some other South American country?

I would rush to the nearest ER and let them know what's going on, you will be isolated for a time , until they know what's going on in you. This can be very dangerous.

How long has this been going on? If it has been going on awhile I would go to the ER right away. They are in a better position to be able to tell you whether or not you have a serious problem.

Go to the DR. you could have anything from food poisoning to and ulcar. It could be anything. Get it checked out A.S.A.P.
