How should I ask this guy out?

omg... im totally in love with this guy in my class, hes rlly hott! I think he kinda likes me, but if he does he isn't asking me out yet. How should I ask him out, and how do I know if he likes me?

An idea I've suggested here before, which has been well-received is:

"If you asked me out, I'd almost certainly say yes."

Or whatever variation on that makes sense.

Another great one is: "I'd love to ask you out. What would you say 'yes' to?"
