My mom thinks that I care about anything. She thinks that these material things can bring me happiness. How could you deal with this behavior?

If you don't care about anything-you might be depressed. Most people care about something.
Material things cannot bring you happiness, but they can make you more comfortable while you choose to be miserable.
Maybe you will live long enough to see that the world is what you GIVE to it, not what you take. What do you give? Why do you whine at someone else's generosity?
I would deal with your behavior by dragging you to a therapist.
I would deal with you not appreciating what I give you by refusing to support you another minute.
See if you can appreciate that.

I think you need to clarify a bit

What I would do is show your mom that you would rather have family time then tinker with material items.

This is possible her way of showing how she feels about your and not in responce to how she thinks you feel. I would recommend trying to find something you and she can do together (Even if it's something you don't like but she does) to try and make a connection.

If you don't care about material things that's OK but if that attitude is interfering with your life, maybe you need to start caring, just a bit, to please your Mom. I'm sure you care about her. do you not? Make the effort. it WILL pay off. you'll see!

Dont worry too much about it!
She just cares about you and is trying to make you happy she probably wants time to talk with you and communicate!
Happy holidays
