i'm 17, 5'9, athletic build, brown hair (cut just below the ears), tan, brown-orange eyes. Pretty good biceps and calves from sports and a 6-pack from my nightly situps.
I also play football (both american and non - american), and wakeboarding.
Why don't they say yes?? They haven't even gotten to know me yet...

well, i guess that some girls may look at you like you're just a friend. i don't know if you're badd looking or anything cuz there's no pic, but i', pretty sure that someone likes you. Being cute or strong doesn't mean that every girl has to like you. If they get to know you then they'll probably start saying yes. Talk to them more and more til the point you guys start hanging out and then you'll feel the right moment to ask and she'll probably say yes.

Are you getting the i think we would be better friends? Girls get nervous.
Maybe you seem a little pushy? Or really into yourself? Just ask them out on a date and say "Hey wanna go watch a movie?" Or lets go get something to eat. No expectations for a relationship just an open "MAY BE A REALTIONSHIP" later kind of thing. No pressure.

Generally speaking, if a woman you've asked out responds with anything other than a "Yes" answer. It means at that particular point in time, she isn't interested in you romantically/sexually. That doesn't mean that those feelings can't ever change! Is it possible that you're asking the woman to soon in the relationship? Maybe you're asking the wrong woman? I hope this helps you...

Depending on how they say it somethink like "you're a cutie" can be a put down. You could ignore the comment and push the issue about going out. Maybe you're asking women out of your league or age group?

You have to find the right girl. Someone you think

You look like a flirt that's why. Some guys just don't look serious enough for us girls to be all over them. I bet you every last one of them talk about you all day though. They just don't think you really want to date them they think you are a ladies man. Try to let one of them know that you are very serious and want to hook up.

I get that all the time, it means you are a wuss, they will rather have us for a pet puppy or something. It might be hard but try to pretend to be jerk, or look for that rear girl who really wants a nice guy. most girls though seem to want nice in small doses.
Note: no girl will a agree with this, but my friend we are living prove of this are we not now?
Females want to marry nice guys, so unless she intends to marry you, pretend to be a jerk to ever one around you and me nice to her occasionally. Females like to feel unique.

maybe they arent interested in the kind of guy that you are..
but they dont want to say "no"
but they dont want to say "yes" either so they call you cute.
OR...!
like what a couple other people said,
get to know them first.
ask if them if they want to hang at a park or mall or something.
buy them things,just be a nice guy and maybe someone might change their answer.
try to develope a great reputation aswell(if you dont already have one)

"you're a cutie" usually means they think you look too young for them...they're probably wanting to date older guys. Try some of the younger girls.
