Improving your posture could make your stomach flat.
Also, abdominal exercise really helps.
Keep your stomach muscles tense while standing and sitting.
It will improve your core strength and train your muscles.

You need to do some form of cardio to burn the fat followed with an ab routine. Here is one exercise that will really help flatten and stregthen the core... The Plank: on your stomach place your elbows on the floor and hands in front of you forming a triangle - lift yourself up so you are on your elbows and toes (knees are fine if you can't do toes) - keep the back straight and hips lifted but not too high - suck the belly button up into your spine - hold for a count of 10 and release - rest and go back up holding for a count of 15 and release - rest and continue to add 5 to your count until you get to 30

There’s really no good reason to wait around to build your abs, let’s not disagree on that much. But since nobody goes to the gym strictly so he can build his midsection, it needs to become a priority and part of something bigger. That balancing act between what is most important at the time and what is ultimately important in the big picture is what you need to rectify before you receive the bounty of goods, shaped like the underside of a tortoise shell that will replace the flab you now have.

Good abs is obviously best appreciated in the spring and summer months of the year. Since that’s the case, you’ll need to focus on them all year long, but with special emphasis on a seasonal basis. We say, “good legs in the winter and good abs in the summer” as a general rule of thumb. However, if you live in either Florida or southern California, you’ll want to scratch that thinking because if your front porch is shaded by palm trees of any variety, you’ll need to prioritize your abs all year long.

I suppose the obvious suggestion would be to exercise, eat better and lose some weight. But, you could also try Spanx, those new girdle type garments (I think even Beyonce wears them). I do not know what taping your stomach would do, but I guess, in theory it would slim down your middle. It would probably be horribly uncomfortable and maybe even bad for you -- there would be no 'give' in the tape, for your organs to have space.

Tape does do the trick, but Ace bandage wrap wrapped tightly hurts less to take off. Another trick you could do is along with the wrap, you could do sit ups, crunches, and any other kind of abdominal exercise. Also, to tone your legs too, try playing DDR or riding a bike or walking more.

Sit ups and crunches work, but also putting a cold bag of frozen veggies on your tummy makes it look smaller too. Just do that in the morning for 20 minutes ish.

No putting tape around your stomach just wastes tape I've tried it... Do 100 v-ups a day, v-up are when you lift your arms and leg up.

i have a great idea with no tape!

Work Out if you want its the best.
Or...
Find clothing that is not tight but no very loose so your tummy won't puch out. You can pull you pants up to under your belly button allitle and it covers the fatty area.

Yours truly,
heather :]

Go to Walmart and buy a cheap full body wrap thing that sucks in all your fat. It's in the bra aisle.
