I would NEVER let a guy who I'm not even going out with touch my boobs. Especially in school. That's just creepy. He's attracted to you, but I think he just wants to get in your pants.

all he wants is a hookup. if you want to save yourself some emotional and physical stress, then you just need to brush this off.
one of my guy friends did the same thing this guy is doing to you. we ended up hooking up, and now we dont talk anymore. obviously he got what he wanted, and has moved on. and ive lost some self respect and a good friend because of it.
remember you are worth more than your physical looks and a good guy that actually likes you will appreciate that and will not constantly be touching and grabbing at your chest.

i reckon he likes you aswell as wanting you in bed.
if you want to be certain then just wait a little while and talk making it clear you will not be sleeping with him. this way, if he stays, he likes you, if not, he just wanted easy sex.
