He'd be locked up or ignored if he chose to come back to Western Culture. He might get executed in some places.

He would most likely be killed again because he would reveal all of the organized religions faults and the churches will lose power.

if you actually want to know, you should look in the bible. it talks about his coming back in matthew, mark, and luke... pretty much all over the place...
