I have definently gained some wieght these past couple of months. So i want to cut that out.
Plus this summer, my family is going to a bunch of beaches, and I dont want to be that person that everyone looks at and says "eww, she needs to put that away".

Ok. January 3rd I am going to a kick boxing class for 1 1/2 months every Tuesday and Thursday, so i figued that is when i will start my diet and exersize. But i need help on other things. So if you could, Tell me what to eat, what not to eat, and how to tone these areas of the body.

1) The abdomen
2) The legs (upper leg perfrebly)
3) The arms
4) booty

Thanks

try to avoid sugars, but dont cut it out completely.

abdomen- crunches are effective for the upper stomach, laying flat on your back and raising your legs to a 45 degree angle. (remember to keep your legs straight) that is good for lower stomachs

legs- dancing can do wonders on your calves. It helps on your upper thighs, but it doesnt do much.

arms- lifting weights

booty- walking or running.

the guy above me is an idiot. By gaining muscle your muscles are swelling and getting harder. by gaining muscles your not gaining calories.

I think that you should start now to tone up your body. Why waite? Take a good look at what your eating. Keep a food journal and write down everything you eat and the amounts as best you can. It'll show you what types of food your over indulging in and help you rework your menus. Start out by walking first. It's great and will help tone your body up and get you ready for the kick boxing class in Jan.

sorry but you can't do both at the same time

some people trick themselves into thinking they are doing so however

if you are gaining muscle you ARE IN FACT gaining weight
taking in more calories than you burn

if you are losing weight, well then you are losing weight
taking in less calories than you burn

people deceive themselves into believing they are doing bothe at the same time, because of the way their body now looks

however, they either gained muscle under fat
or
burned fat to show more muscle

well, first of all, lets start with your diet...only eat meat, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and pasta...and drink only water...for exercise, 30 minutes of cardio on a tredmill at 4.0 mph or faster everday...and get one of these:http://www.doorgym.net/
You will do pull ups and sit ups on this...this will take care of your arms and your abdominal...running will take care of your legs, and your booty.
