Im not sure whether i should move on, weve been talking for about a month and then he just stopped calling me. so when I texted him and he told me he had to go i asked him to call me later. & he hasnt. he hasnt called me in three weeks. I had a dream that he had a girlfriend and he kept ingnoring me. (random) shoud i move on???

You should really move on, girls should NEVER wait for guys. and any guy that wouldnt call you in three weeks doesnt care about you...
You deserve so much better, and dont let anyone tell you different. And when you learn to live on your own, and learn not to NEED someone or someguy to 'uplift' you, before you know it a guy will be chasing you and be in love with you.
Just obey God, because he knows the plans he has for you, plans to prosper you and give you hope and a future!

I would have to say move on. Sorry. Thats tough, but I'm sure there is someone else out there that would treat you much better.
