Talk to an Active duty Recruiter and get a 369 conditional release form and a 4187 from him, take them to you commander or UA and they will either sign it or decline your release. If they release you then you can enter the RA. If they decline it your stuck in USAR.

Talk to either a recruiter or your career counselor. You'll have to pay back part of your reserve bonus.

To enter the Special Forces, you have to go through selection (SFAS) and then complete SF training. You also have to score a 230 on the 18-21 year old PT test.

There are SF recruiters on every major post.

You can go see an Active Duty Recruiter or volunteer for an assignment and if you want to stay Active Duty, the Active Duty side can make it happen.

You would talk with an active duty recruiter and he'll tell you what to do. As far as SF you need to be in top physical condition, take the required tests and then apply for the school. good luck!!
