It's not illegal but is it wise?

Why not have a pair of sensible shoes for driving and put your wellies on when you stop driving.

Erm - if you're wearing wellington boots and nothing else then yes it is - otherwise no it isn't. Not advisable maybe but not illegal xxx

No. I've driven wearing football boots before. It wasn't the easiest task I have ever performed but I don't think it was illegal either!
