If I do would I call it Dilly ,nilly or just plain silly?

It's called stew or bean soup no chiles not chili. If you dip your old man in there you could call it "Willy".

hamburger, beans no beans, just keep the Chili peppers out of it, call it nochili

Sure you could. You could use other types of peppers, a different kind of meat or no meat. Different types of beans. Lot's of variations. Call it "Hobo Stew" or "Whatchagot Stew"
Those are not original names I picked them up from other sources.

Sure you can. You use "ingredients". It's not "chili" until you put 'em all together and cook 'em!
