it depends on your how high your pain tolerance is.. i don't like needles so i hate it!

It depends somewhat on where you get the stitches. Some parts of the body have more nerve endings than other and so are more sensitive to pain. You might want to ask for a local anesthetic, but that involves a needle.......

Getting the stitches doesn't hurt at all because they numb the area first. The shot to numb it hurts like the devil.

I got stitches and they gave me a numbing shot first so I couldn't feel them stitching up my cut.

They will numb it first, which really hurts, but the actual stitching doesn't.

They will numb your area to be stitch and then proceed to stitch. You shouldn't feel anything.

it depends..
if they numb the area or add salty water not at all...
but if they do it raw withaut doing nothing to it it may hurt..
