I agree with many others that we all feel like that at times. I've had a very difficult couple of years or so and have experienced a great deal of turmoil and loss. At times it could get me down if I let my mind dwell on it too much. . Mostly I don't and I know who I am and what my talents and gifts are. I know that I share them. YOU have many talents my friend!. You have compassion and honesty and common sense that says a whole lot in this crazy, often superficial world. . Remember- we all are different and have different qualities that we share with others. I know that you share with many and touch more people than you realize. Don't be hard on your self Kitty..

honestly? yes.
all the time i feel like if i dont party, or dont drink, or dont curse, or arent a slut people wont think im cool. all the time i feel like im ugly because all the guys notice the same type of girls over and over-absolutely gorgeous & slutty. i always think to myself well maybe if i wasnt such a boookworm, or maybe if i showed a little more skin, or flirted with all the guys i would be popular. but i never do it. i never do it because even though i want to be "good enough" i know its worth it. its not worth having a bad reputation & ruinung my future. its just not worth it. and although i feel ugly about 49% of the time, i always tell myself it could be worse. and that there is someone out there for me. and if the cute guy at school doesnt see inside of me, and how im smart, and funny, and have a great personality...well then hes not worth it either.

Sometimes but that's normal. Everybody (male & female) feels like that every now and then. You are not alone. Don't let it get to you toomuch as that could bossibly lead to some sort of stress or even depression. Keep your head held up high. Have a great Christmas and a safe New Year in 2008

easily there are circumstances that i'm thinking. It would not help while different individuals usually set the bar awful extreme. yet I comprehend that the selection (if there is one) of who is going to "heaven" and who would not is predicated upon the justifications of the strikes. If I donate to charity to get attractiveness or help human beings in basic terms while somebody is watching, there is not any actual love in contact. yet why get wrapped up interior the ingredient. stay your actual finding you're helping others and something will preserve itself.

Of course, but it's something that comes and goes. Everyone feels inadequate from time to time; that's something to be expected. With societies standards and ideals today it's hard for anyone to feel like they're good enough. You're not alone.

yes!!!! Then after feeling like dirt for a while (which sometimes satisfies a need), I realize I am the only person who can give me self worth, and I am the only one who can make me important. Others can add to these feelings but as soon as I let them dictate if I am worth while or important they win. I am way to competitive to be a loser. Dig deep and you will see

Yes, every time I make a mistake or do something wrong. But she is lovely enough to forgive me because she really loves and appreciates I realize my faults. She is so supportive that she ultimately makes me feel better through her so patient love and care. I thank God for having her in my life. She is truly so precious to me.

Ya, all the time. Everytime I look at the girls who are prettier than me in school, and the people who are better than me at sports. But I just remind myself that I'm unique and I don't have to be as good as them.
