i think there just putting it on i hurt my finger once on glass im not going to do that again

If you cut your finger on glass what do you have? A cut finger.
If you go through the agony of childbirth what do you have? A little miracle - so much love you feel your heart will burst.
As for 'I think they're just putting it on' - sweetheart, eat a bowling ball & wait for it to find its way out the other end if you want to experience something close!
I did not forget the pain and never will, in fact when I discovered I was expecting my second child I was very depressed at the thought of going through labour again - it was so awful the first time.
But my two sons are my proudest achievement and the pain was worth it.

Women have babies because your get drugs!! Drugs numb you 'down there' so you really dont' feel anything....all the labor and all the restlessness is well worth it when you see your baby the first time. you just forget about everything you went through to get to this point. it's well worth it....now people with four or more kids...i dont know what their deal is!! i have a baby and I think the worst part of the whole thing was the epidural!! That hurt worse than anything else!!

There was no reward for you cutting your finger, was there?
The pain is quite intense, but the reward of being a mom makes them forget and put aside the temporary pain.
Maternal instinct is stronger than the pain for most women; besides nowadays they have pain meds and anesthesia to help plus the relaxations techniques taught in childbirth classes to help them manage it!
I have long said that if the men had the babies, the human race would have died out a long time ago--men are strong in many areas that women are not, but tolerance for pain isn't one of them!

because having a child is one of the most amazing things and some women actually enjoy going through childbirth, i did i had 4 kids. women do not put it on about the pain experienced in childbirth, if you were a woman then you would know. in fact that why women do go through childbirth is because we are stronger than you blokes to deal with pain. like you said you cut your finger on a glass and it hurt, what a whimp.

Sometimes I wonder that myself - and I'm a woman. The thought of giving birth scares the hell out of me... but, the thought of having a baby fills me with joy!
That said, however if the woman doesn't want to go through the pain she can always have a caesarian. The choice is there...

Yeah pinky is right, after the mom sees the angelical babyshe forgets the pain ...and my mom told me ...the love for your kids is always over the pain ... and she said that our kids dont hurt us during birth only but during all life ...
the first day the go to school
the first day she comes with her BF
the first time she graduate
the first time she is marride
the first time she handle us our grandchils
it really worth lot to have a baby ..

the pain that women go through disappears from your mind after time coz the love that a child brings into your life is overwhelming and is like no other and it wipes away all misery and women being hormonal and very emotional like the feeling that a child brings so they do it again, there are other reasons like finding another partner that you really love and wanting to have their child.

Because once you have the baby, you forget the pain. It hurts worse than anything I could describe, but it is little to sacrafice to have a beautiful child.

the drive to have a children is stronger than the pain of giving birth.
however i know MANY women who only had one because of the pain, and i never intend to have any! also a girlfriend of mine adopted because she did not want to give birth. Also some countries have elective caesarians and many of my friends in australia have had this done instead of giving birth for a second time.

Having a baby is worth it. Women would forget about the pain when their baby is born. Anyway, if they didn't have more than one baby, you might not exist and if you have siblings, they wouldn't exist either!
