Prophet Mohammed(saw) said "The deeds most loved by Allah(swt) are those done regularly, even if they are small.".Bukhari and Muslim
also it is reported that the rewards for deeds will very by person and what the intentions the person had for doing the deeds. Bukhari
Improving your religion and following it strictly will increase your rewards for deeds ten times to seven hundred times for good deeds and a bad deed will be recorded as is. Bukhari..
My opinion would be that the answer varies person to person...not everyone has it in their capability to give charity or take care of an orphan. This is why it does not say which deeds are the best. But we know if we even smile at another Muslim and greet them we have done a good deed.

Sister, Just follow what Allah swt and his Prophet pbuh said. Everything Allah swt told us to do is a good deed, but what is the point of good deeds without a faith from your heart and your brain.
The best deed is to love Allah swt more than yourself, then congratulations, you will go to Heaven.

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:

Ibn Mas‘ūd related:
I asked the Messenger of God which deed is most loved to
God and he said, “Prayer in its time. Then I said, “then what,” and he said, “Being good to your parents.” Then I said, “what after that?” He said, “Jihād in the way of God.”
