What should I do with my life?

Journalism is a good suggestion... just found out the other day that the man I was named after had worked in that field.

Find a hobby, get together with some friends, party it up, try and get a relationship, do w/e you want to do that would make you happy.

If you're a poet at heart, then stick with something that allows for a creative outlet. Write, sing, dance, recite. Stay away from boring pursuits just because they're safe and secure, you'll wish you had done something else. Get into something that appeals to your interests - art, music, photography, painting, entertainment industry, scuplture, custom cars, design work, etc. Be expansive in your ideas and thoughts. If you're in school, then now's the time.
Always remember that the best things in life often entail the greatest risks. Life is not for the meek at heart.

You love to write poetry, why not go to journalism school. I know it's reporting is not poetry, but you can be creative, and you don't have to be just a newspaper reporter, you can be radio DJ, a TV news anchorman, or use the knowledge you gain to be a novelist, write the next best seller, make your millions and still be true to your creative soul. Wacha think?? Give it a thought, I think you'd be an excellent journalist : )
