they sound like they're not your true friends. you should listen to your heart and not your friends. they don't have the right to rule your love life, you do.

You must do what you want to do , what you feel is right. They sound immature but it also sounds like you have said some things to them to make them not like him? Is this a healthy relationship? If so go for it. If it isn't healthy, listen to your friends.

If they have never met him...Why do they feel so strongly about him? It's you and him in the relationship. Not them,you,and him. You have to decide for yourself whom your going to date. Your he one that has to be seen with him and be there for him. Do what's right for you. We can't live our lives for others and shouldn't try to make other do for us. We need to stand up and do what we want to so we can be happy.

Your friedns should respect who you want to date. Is there something that this man did for them not to like him? As long as he wasnt abusive, physically or mentally then i dont see why they would make you choose between dating him and being friends with them.... If they want to be your friends then they will need to respect who you chose to date.

some of my friends did that to me, its because they either really care about you or they are just jelous. you have to figure out which one it is, but if this guy really makes you happy and you really love him then go for it. but if he has hurt you in the past or anything then stick with the friends!
