You have to realize that everyone has a soul. Some have died spiritually (hardened conscience) & are walking body & souls. The soul in the invisible person inside the body. And the soul makes decisions of what the body will do. Based on experiences with the physical mind. So has much to do with the mind.
Soul mates would be when your soul meets another soul & there is a close connection of souls even if you are physically miles apart.
Jesus said that to see the Kingdom of God, we need to be born again (born spiritually) This is when we are made whole again; body, soul & spirit. My Pastor has preached that when the spiritual birth happens, the new spirit man blends with the soul. So then comes the question... What is a soul/spirit mate?
