I bought a PS3 for my kids for christmas. I do not have a HDTV. All we have is the regular TV. Will It work?

Of course it will, the cable that comes with it are meant for your tv. A majority of north american customers dont have an hdtv either. Don't get me wrong, but I don't have an hdtv either, but the resolution is great, hard to imagine what it would look like on an hdtv.

Of course it will. they sell every video game for any TV that has the plogs to connect it. It doesn't matter. If it doesn't work it might be because the button in the back is set to HDTV.

I play all my games on a standard 16:4 tv and it works wonderfully of course it not even close as good an hd but everything works like it should. its just like having ps2 that does a lot of different cool things, been playing assassin's creed on it works wonderfully.

You should take it back and get a 360. PS3 is only good for Blue Ray but since you don't have an HDTV, its junk.

It'll work fine.
It might not have the HD sheen but it's still a step up from the PS2.

yes, it will work..you just wont have all that pretty stuff..but if all you car about is playing games, then go for it
